General Terms and Conditions
General
These terms apply to the purchase of products and services from Instore Agency and its group companies (hereinafter referred to as “IA”). Please read these terms carefully. By placing an order, these terms are deemed accepted.
IA reserves the right for typographical errors and circumstances beyond our control.
Prices and Payment Terms
IA normally applies 30 days net from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
For custom-made products, prepayment generally applies. IA reserves the right to request prepayment in other cases as well. A credit check may be conducted for new customers.
All prices are stated excluding VAT.
As a general rule, IA does not break packaging. Requests for non-standard packaging quantities may incur additional costs and must be agreed upon separately.
The buyer is responsible for carefully reviewing the order confirmation.
Delivery times for custom products are preliminary. IA is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
For products covered by producer responsibility, applicable fees from the relevant system in Sweden apply.
Orders below SEK 500 are subject to an administration fee of SEK 75.
Late payments are subject to a default interest of 12%.
Ownership of goods remains with IA until full payment has been received.
IA reserves the right to adjust prices due to factors beyond our control, such as currency fluctuations and raw material costs.
Delivery Terms
Shipping costs are charged for all deliveries unless shipped via the customer’s freight agreement.
Additional services such as express delivery, indoor delivery, special notifications, or similar may be offered at an extra cost.
The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details. Any corrections may incur additional fees.
Stock items are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery time refers to dispatch, not arrival.
IA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from purchases of standard products within 14 days of receipt in accordance with distance selling regulations.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee of 10% of the product value.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.
All returns must be approved by customer service before being sent back.
Samples, Cancellation and Claims
Ordering samples signifies acceptance of the quotation and an intention to place an order following approval.
For custom products, approved proofs are binding. Costs for samples and development are charged in case of cancellation.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 5 days of receipt.
Products must not be used when submitting a complaint.
Product Variations
IA strives for the highest quality; however, certain production variations may occur and are accepted within the following limits:

Quantity: +/- 10% over/under delivery

Size: +/- 1 cm (plastics may have higher tolerance for thinner materials)

Thickness: +/- 9% (plastic), +/- 5% (paper per m²)

Printing/Color: Minor variations between productions may occur

Placement: Print may vary +/- 5% from approved proof

Natural materials: Variations in color and texture are normal
Such variations do not constitute valid grounds for complaints.
