If your data is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you may request that it be corrected or deleted. We cannot delete your data in cases where there is a legal requirement to retain it, such as accounting regulations, or when there are other legitimate reasons why the data must be kept.

To locate your personal data, we require your name, personal identity number, address, phone number, and email address. Please also specify which email address you would like the information sent to, as well as the password you would like the compressed file to have. To ensure that only you gain access to this information, it is important that, in addition to your signature, you also include a copy of a valid identification document with your request.

If you believe that we are handling your personal data incorrectly, we welcome complaints and suggestions for improvement via our support function on the website. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
