CASE STUDY: SUSTAINABLE INSTORE SOLUTION
Dedicated is a Swedish lifestyle brand that creates clothing with a focus on sustainability and creativity. In this customer case, we demonstrate how a sustainable instore solution can be integrated throughout the entire retail concept – from design to material selection.
Dedicated’s products are sold both online and in stores around the world, and their commitment to sustainability is reflected throughout the entire business. This also places high demands on hangers, bags, and other retail materials, where the design must reflect the brand’s identity.
Together with Dedicated, we developed an untreated wooden hanger with a soft and natural feel. To harmonize with the store interior, a white hook was selected, and the logo was engraved for a more premium expression. The sustainable instore solution was extended to the development of the bags, where we chose FSC®-certified paper bags (FSC® C130119).
The certification ensures that the materials come from responsibly managed forests, with consideration for both the environment and people. To create a cohesive and sustainable overall expression, the materials were kept untreated, tying together hangers, bags, and the store environment into a consistent design – fully aligned with Dedicated’s brand identity.
The result for Dedicated was a sustainable instore solution where products, materials, and design work together in harmony with the brand’s identity and DNA.
The overall concept strengthens both the in-store presentation and the customer experience. For Instore Agency, the collaboration resulted in a long-term and highly valued client relationship.
